The screen is the phone.

RISGOO makes one thing: display assemblies, built to the panel maker's original specification. It is the manufacturing relationship behind the OLED and incell programmes on this site.

Construction

Built on cells from the same four panel makers that supply the handset industry.

Panels come through BOE, Tianma, JDI and AUO. They are bonded with Mitsubishi optically clear adhesive on an eighteen-station automated line and measured 78 times before they ship. 500 nit held evenly across the sheet rather than peaked at centre, which is a backlight-assembly problem before it is a panel one.

The line, end to end.

Validation

Filmed, not just claimed.

Most suppliers publish a written test result. This one records the rigs and publishes the footage, which is a harder thing to write than to film.

Impact

A weighted head, released. Tests whether the lamination bond holds.

Immersion

Assemblies powered up under water. Tests the adhesive perimeter seal.

Eight-unit linkage

Eight assemblies driven from one source, to show unit-to-unit colour.

Three panel programmes.
