What UNIC is
A display job is rarely only a display. It is a display and a connector, or a flex that tore coming out, or the ringer that was already dead before the phone was dropped.
UNIC exists for that second half of the repair. It runs the whole fifteen-category spare-part vocabulary as one line, deep enough that a counter does not have to source the small piece elsewhere.
